- Cancellation by Restaurant: In rare cases where the restaurant cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of items, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
2. No Cancel Option for Customers:
- Cancellation Policy: Once an order is confirmed through SayNoCash, customers do not have the option to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage customers to double-check their orders before confirming.
3. Returns and Refunds via SayNoCash:
- Non-Receipt of Order: If you do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe, please contact the restaurant directly. SayNoCash will not process refunds for non-receipt of orders
- Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues during payment, if you are charged but the order is not confirmed, kindly reach out to SayNoCash's customer support for assistance in resolving the matter.
