Welcome to SayNoCash! By accessing and using our online food ordering app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Services Offered:
  • SayNoCash allows you to place orders for dine-in, takeaway, and home delivery directly with restaurants using their own delivery staff.
  • We facilitate the online ordering process but are not responsible for the preparation or delivery of food.
  • Restaurants are responsible for fulfilling orders, maintaining menu accuracy, and adhering to food safety regulations.
2. Orders and Cancellations:
  • Customers cannot cancel orders once placed. However, restaurants have the right to cancel orders at their discretion for various reasons like ingredient unavailability, operational issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • You will receive a notification and full refund within 24 hours if your order is canceled by the restaurant.
3. Payment and Pricing:
  • You will pay for your order directly through the SayNoCash app using your selected payment method.
  • The order price includes the food cost, taxes, and applicable delivery fees set by the restaurant.
  • SayNoCash may charge additional service fees based on your location or order type.
4. User Accounts and Reviews:
  • You may create an account to save your preferences and order history.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • You can leave reviews about restaurants and their food, but you must refrain from posting malicious or defamatory content.
5. Delivery and Responsibility:
  • Restaurants are responsible for delivering orders with their own staff using the estimated timeframe provided.
  • SayNoCash is not responsible for any delays or damage caused during delivery.
  •  In case of delivery issues, please contact the restaurant directly through the app for assistance.
6. Refunds and Returns:
  • You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for incorrect orders, spoiled food, excessive delays, or damaged deliveries
  • Please contact the restaurant directly within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund.
  • SayNoCash may facilitate the refund process but is not responsible for the final decision.
  • Due to the perishable nature of food, returns are generally not accepted.
7. Disclaimer:
  •  SayNoCash does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of food descriptions or restaurant information.
  • We strive to provide a reliable service, but technical issues or outages may occasionally occur.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app.
8. Intellectual Property:
  • SayNoCash owns all intellectual property rights associated with the app and its content.
  • You may not use or reproduce any copyrighted material without our permission.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
