This Privacy Policy describes how SayNoCash Hotel Partner (operated by TechDiganta Pvt. Ltd.) collects, uses, stores, and safeguards the personal and business information of hotel owners, managers, and property administrators ("Partners") when they use the SayNoCash Hotel Partner mobile application, web dashboard, or related platform services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering your property and operating as a Partner, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. This policy constitutes a binding legal agreement between the Partner and TechDiganta Pvt. Ltd. acting as a Data Fiduciary.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Partner & Property Data (Provided by You)

• Authorized Representative Details: Name, email address, phone number and government ID (Aadhaar / PAN).
• Business Credentials: GSTIN, Trade License, Shop & Establishment registration, Fire Safety certificates and other regulatory permits.
• Financial Information: Bank account details, cancelled cheque copies and UPI IDs (card data is processed only via compliant gateways).
• Property Information: Hotel name, physical location, GPS coordinates, property type, amenities and operational policies.
• Inventory Data: Room types, room numbers, occupancy limits, tariffs, rate plans and availability schedules.

2.2 Guest Data (Processed by You)

The platform acts as a Data Processor for guest information submitted by Partners.

• Guest PII: Names, phone numbers, ages and special requests.
• Identity Documents: Passport, Aadhaar, Voter ID or other IDs uploaded for regulatory and police reporting.

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

• Device & Telemetry: IP address, device model, OS, app version and unique identifiers.
• Operational Logs: Login history, booking acceptance rates, inventory updates and response times.
• Location Permissions: Used (with consent) to verify on-site presence for operational actions.

3. Use of Data

• Listing properties, managing bookings and real-time inventory.
• Processing commissions, payouts and GST invoices.
• Assisting regulatory compliance including guest registers and reporting.
• Detecting fraud, fake bookings and unauthorized access.
• Developing analytics, pricing intelligence and demand forecasting models.
• Sending operational alerts, booking notifications and policy updates.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

• Session authentication and security.
• Usage analytics for feature improvement.
• Saving language preferences and dashboard settings.

5. Third-Party Integrations & Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Limited sharing occurs with:

• Consumer platforms for listing properties and generating bookings.
• Channel managers and OTAs (only when opted-in).

• Partner data is retained while your account remains active.
• Financial and settlement records are retained for eight (8) years.
• Guest stay data is retained as mandated by police and local hospitality regulations.
• Deleted accounts are anonymised except for legally required identifiers.

• SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest.
• Role-based access controls and strict internal authorization.
• Comprehensive audit trails for sensitive operations.
• Primary servers are hosted within India in compliance with localization norms.

8. Partner Data Rights

• Right to access personal and business data.
• Right to correction of inaccurate information.
• Right to erasure (subject to legal retention obligations).

9. Partner Obligations & Confidentiality

10. Updates to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory or technology changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
